Tat Antigenemia ELISA Assay (not pre-coated strips)

Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) has been developed for the quantitative determination of Tat protein concentrations in biological specimens. The HIV-1 Tat antigenemia ELISA kit is an aid for the quantification of HIV-1 Tat regulatory proteins. This assay is based on the sandwich ELISA technique.

Provided monoclonal antibody anti-Tat (DIATHEVA, Cod. ANT0037) should be used as capture antibody and coated onto microplate wells. The detection antibody is a rabbit polyclonal anti Tat antibody. Revelation step is performed with a goat anti-rabbit HRP-conjugated antidoby, using ABTS as cromogen.
