Description

The kit was designed specifically for efficient genomic DNA purification from dinoflagellates. DNA is bound to the surface of the magnetic beads and released using a proprietary buffer system. The kit can be easily adapted to automated magnetic bead separation instruments and workstations. The system provides the rapid, safe, simultaneous purification of many samples, eliminating the use of organic solvents and the need of DNA precipitation.
