NEW Hot Rescue DNA Polymerase is a hot-start Taq with high sensitivity and straordinary efficiency and with elevated precision due to an efficient 3′-5′ exonuclease activity. The enzyme is provided at a concentration of 5 U/µL with 10X PCR Buffer containing 2 mM magnesium chloride and 10 mM dNTP mix.

Description
NEW Hot Rescue DNA Polymerase amplifies PCR products with one A at the 3′-termini, so they can be directly cloned into a T-vector with >80% cloning efficiency. It’s also possible to clone the PCR product in blunt-end vectors after blunting and phosphorylation of the end. NEW Hot Rescue DNA Polymerase has an efficient proofreading activity allowing a higher fidelity than any other Taq.
