Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein produced in E.coli is a Recombinant His-tagged protein.
Recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid Protein
Description
SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid (N) protein is an important antigen for coronavirus, which participates in RNA package and virus particle release.
Nucleocapsid protein packages the positive strand viral RNA genome into a helical interactions with the viral genome and the small membrane protein M. It plays an important role in enhancing the efficiency of subgenomic viral RNA transcription as well as viral replication. Nucleocapsid protein may modulate the transforming growth factor-beta signalling by binding host smad3.
