Description
The DI-Check Legionella spp. method allows to detect and quantify Legionella species in all types of water samples in less than four hours. The method is based on 3 steps:
• Water samples filtration using 0.45 µm polycarbonate membrane filter
• DNA extraction using DNApure Water Isolation kit (code MBK0080)
• PCR amplification for the detection or quantification of Legionella spp. DNA using DI-Check Legionella spp. kit (code MBK0058)
