DIATHEVA - Biomanufacturing of innovative diagnostics and reagents


SOL Group is looking for its business unit Diatheva a high potential Market Access Specialist to further develop its sales strategy and brand spreading.



Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be dedicated to:

  • Identify key players and influencers in the market, support the development and execution of a plan to engage these stakeholders
  • Manage sustainable & robust relationship with all customer, adding value to them to support and fulfil their needs
  • Utilize product knowledge, market trends, industry/competitors knowledge to manage business opportunities
  • Develop and present a good selling approach and manage sales across a wide list of key clients as well as generate new customers and new business
  • Share and discuss with SM business goals and budget
  • Collaborate with the SM to build sales strategies ensuring their implementation: distribution channels, price policy, partnership & licensing agreement etc.
  • Work with SM to manage projects and contracts from inception to completion
  • Support the internal Scientific Research & Marketing team, in order to give the clients the best quality service and product


  • You have a strong academic background in life sciences, ideally in pharmacy, biotechnology or similar
  • You have about 1 to 3 years experience in a market access role or similar
  • Your mother tongue is Italian but you are also very good in English (German or French language would be a plus)
  • Your are able to travel in Italy and abroad


  • You have strong communication and presentation skills, including active listening
  • You are an enthusiastic person, able to interact with a diverse range of people
  • You are reliable, resilient, able to remain calm under pressure and you like working as part of a team
  • You have a strong business ethic and integrity
  • You can support and provide innovative solutions to complex market access challenges
