The Listeria goat test AKE0005 is an Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) intended for the detection of IgG anti-Listeria monocytogenes in sheep serum.
The test is designed to be used for the diagnosis of abortive listeriosis infection, as an ancillary test in conjunction with other methods for serological prevalence survey, or diagnosis and management of L. monocytogenes infection within herds.
