Grain Quantitative Kit

Grain quantitative kit allows the detection and relative quantification of the T. aestivum genomic DNA by the amplification of a gene common for all species of Triticum genus and of a specific gene for the T. aestivum cultivar by Real-Time PCR, based on TaqMan probe technology (Table 1).

The relative quantification of the T. aestivum grain is obtained using two calibration curves, one for each target gene.
