The DI-Check Legionella spp kit is intended for the detection and/or quantification of Legionella spp. The assay is based on dual-labelled real-time PCR technology. Dye-labeled probes target unique DNA sequences specific to legionella spp and synthetic internal amplification control DNA (IAC).
