The DI-Check Legionella pneumophila kit is intended for the detection and/or quantification of L. pneumophila. The assay is based on dual-labelled real-time PCR technology. Dye-labeled probes target unique DNA sequences specific to L. pneumophila and synthetic internal amplification control DNA (IAC).
