ESG: Our goals for a more sustainable future

As part of SOL Group, Diatheva believes that its growth is closely linked to the growth of the world in which it operates.

In 2015, the United Nations launched the 2030 Agenda, a project of international interest that aims to align countries’ development processes by pursuing 17 common sustainable development goals, to be achieved by 2030.

Diatheva is committed to translating the principles of sustainable development into real actions and projects, with the aim of creating long-term value for all its stakeholders, including its people, its customers, the community and the environment.

ESG: Sustainability for our employees

Diatheva invests in the well-being of its people, fostering a meritocratic and inclusive climate, based on the principles of equality and equal opportunities, where collaboration
and listening are considered essential.

We believe in diversity as a resource to be nurtured, because everyone’s original contribution promotes agility, creativity and innovation for everyone.
The commitment to workers’ health and safety is ensured through training, internal audits, investments in infrastructures and equipment, but above all thanks to the cooperation of our employees.

Recently, the SOL Group, to which Diatheva belongs, has received the “Pink Seal” from the Marche Region for its commitment to gender equality and for creating a fair and inclusive work environment.

ESG: Sustainability for our customers & the healthcare sector

The centrality of customers is a primary objective for Diatheva: seeking to anticipate their needs, the company works on product and service innovation, granting high standards of quality and safety.

In the biotechnology sector, our innovative diagnostic products allow the prevention and early detection of potential health problems, significantly affecting the quality of life of people.

ESG: Sustainability for the environment

Diatheva’s most significant environmental impact is the electricity consumption in its
production plants: to mitigate this impact, the company is currently installing a photovoltaic system of over 210 kWp, which will allow an estimate annual reduction in CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere equivalent to more than 65 tons.
