The DIA-Check FMDV NSP ELISA Test is a Competitive Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay intended for the detection of antibodies directed against NSP-3ABC protein in cattle, pigs, sheep, and goats serum.

The test is designed to be used for the diagnosis of Foot-and-Mouth Disease Virus (FMDV) and for:

• Rapid serological identification of infected animals
• Differentiating infected from vaccinated animals
• Prevalence of infection-surveillance
• Demonstrate freedom from infection in individual animal prior to movement
