The DIA-check Brucella ovis ELISA Test is an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) intended for the detection of antibodies directed against Brucella ovis bacterium in sheep serum samples. The test is designed to be used for the diagnosis and management of Brucella ovis infections within flocks, for the following purposes:
Demonstrate freedom from infection in a defined population
Demonstrate freedm from infection in individual animal prior to movement.
