Human monoclonal scFv anti-CEA antibody was generated against Carcino Embryonic tumor associate antigen (Carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is a glycoprotein involved in cell adhesion). The antibody recognizes an external epitope which is expressed on several cancer types including high malignant melanoma, breast and colon carcinomas.

Recombinant Nef HIV-I is an essential factor for efficient viral replication and pathogenesis, it also facilitates virus replication and enhances virions infectivity.

A polyclonal antibody (anti-prelamin A antibody (-PA)) has been obtained against the peptide LLGNSSPRTQSPQN which is proteolytically removed during the farnesylation-dependent processing of prelamin A to mature lamin A.

Recombinant proteins
is a protein that it’s code was carried by a recombinant DNA. The term recombinant DNA means that two segments of DNA in a plasmid. Plasmids are usually occurring in bacteria. When a recombinant DNA is inserted to a bacteria, this bacteria will produce protein based on this recombinant DNA. This protein is called recombinant protein. There is a large variety of types of these recombinant protein.

Recombinant Listeriolysin O
Listeriolysin O is a thiol-activated cholesterol-dependent pore forming toxin protein which is activated by reducing agents and inhibited by oxidizing agents. However, LLO differs from other thiol-activated toxins, since its cytolytic activity is maximized at a pH of 5.5.[2]. Recombinant Listeriolysin O, designed by Diatheva is expressed in Escherichia Coli and purified by hydroxyapatite adsorption and ion-exchange chromatography.

LLO-PEST - A PEST-like sequence is present in LLO and is considered essential for virulence, since mutants lacking the sequence lysed the host cell. However, contrary to PEST's supposed role in protein degradation, evidence suggests that the PEST-like sequence may regulate LLO production in the cytosol rather than increase degradation of LLO.
Recombinant Listeriolysin O-PEST minus lacking both the signal secretion sequence and the PEST-like sequence. LLO-PEST minus is composed of 471 amino acids, starting from amino acid 60 to amino acid 529, with the addition of a methionine in its NH2-terminus. The protein is expressed in Escherichia Coli and purified by hydroxyapatite and ion-exchange chromatography.
Anti-LLO antibody (anti-listeriolysin O) is able to detect the wild type Listeriolysin protein. Polyclonal antibodies are produced in rabbit with a purified recombinant Listeriolysin expressed in E.Coli.

Another type of Recombinant protein developped are, for example, Recombinant Ag 85B (Recombinant M. Tuberculosis )which is the major secretory protein (Antigen 85BAnti-Ag 85B) and it's produced in Escherichia Coli; or Recombinant Ubiquitin G76A which is expressed in Escherichia coli and purified by ion-exchange chromatography; the protein is then biotinylated with NHS biotin.
Recombinant Ubiquitin K48R
Recombinant human ubiquitin featuring a Lys 48 to Arg 48 mutation; Ub K48R is expressed in Escherichia coli and purified by ion-exchange chromatography.
Ubiquitin (Ubiquitous Immunopoietic Polypeptide) is a highly conserved small regulatory protein that is ubiquitous in eukaryotes. This small protein occurs in all eukaryotic cells. Its main known function is to mark other proteins for destruction, known as proteolysis.

Antigen p24 is a protein presents inside the core of HIV-1 virus, that is the internal part of the viral particle.
Recombinant p24 (HIV-I), designed by Diatheva is produced in Escherichia coli (p24 protein full-lenght total 231 amino acids).
The Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) - Antigenemia Immunoassay or p24 ELISA - allows the quantification of the p24 HIV-1 core protein, so it can be considered a valid aid in the measurement of p24 antigen in research specimens including cells culture supernatants.

HIV-1 monoclonal Anti-integrase is an antidoty which detects the integrase protein of HIV-1

Recombinant TAT (HIV-1) or Recombinant HIV-1 Tat Protein is protein produced in E. coli available for competition studies and for western blotting control. It reacts with anti-Tat antibody from human, monkey, rabbit and mouse serum.
Tat Antigeneamia ELISA assay - The HIV-1 TAT protein antigenemia Immunoassay is supplied for research purpose only. It is not intended for use in the diagnosis or prognosis of disease, or for screening and may not be used as a confirmatory test in diagnostic situations.
HIV-1 Monoclonal Anti Tat is the antibody used to detect Tat protein clade A and clade B and different Tat peptides.
Tat stands for "Trans-Activator of Transcription" and consists of between 86 and 101 amino acids depending on the subtype.
