Can I receive a free sample of a product?
We do not offer free or trial sized samples for testing purposes. Our policy is that if an antibody does not work as specified on the datasheet, we will offer a replacement or refund. If you are interested in using one of our products(antibodies and recombinant proteins ) in untested applications, species or instruments DIATHEVA will provide you a 50% discount asking you to share with us a complete report of the experiment’s results .Top

What is a Purchase Order Number ('PON')?
Most organizations give a purchase order reference number (PON) to each order that is sent to a supplier. In turn, the supplier will include this PON on their invoice thus enabling the organization's administration to easily confirm that the supplier's invoice is valid. Therefore, please obtain a PON from your administration and include this information with your order.

- Europe orders inferior to 500 €
- Extra-Europe Orders inferior to 1000 €

When do you ship?
All in-stock orders received Monday through Wednesday are usually shipped the same day. For customers in North America, the deadline for same day dispatch is 8:00 am EST of Tuesday .
